ABOUT US page and SUPPORT page of my website



Above is the screenshot of my About US page or About Ded2Tech. About US is one of the most important pages of a e-commerce website. Even though it is a online store, online service, fashion house or vice versa. I have set up the information on two points. First one is regarding my establishment and the second is the importance of Ded2Tech. Below this two information is three comments which is done by different customers and then a shop now button linking to my products. The reason for the button is after someone reading my about us then he might want to shop so i just  gave an easy access to my product page. The next part is an application I have added from Add App section which is customer testimonial, which will give a further positive impression since those feedbacks will be having customers name and pictures proving authenticity of the comments itself.





















Next part is the Support page consisting of important elements. The title having CONTACT US with a field for customers to fill with their information and sending me with their necessary inquiry. Having support page properly structured and so customers know that there is support for them 24/7 is vital. I have provided a fully functional map of my shop which will show the location if anyone ever need to visit my shop. The map has dragging option enabled which will let customers to drag the map itself to look around the surrounding area. There is two buttons above the map. One is FAQ, linking to my FAQ page and the other one is an additional link to my About US page if just in case anyone is wandering about what the page is about.

This is all regarding my About US page and Support page. I will keep updating more regarding the elements my other pages as well.

SERVICES : New addition to my E-commerce business website

I have added a new main page with the name SERVICES. The purpose is to provide customers with services which they will be needing after quiet a while regarding the products they will buy or even people with issues without buying any products might even use my services. It is an additional side which is promising for my business growth. In terms of longevity of the equipment I will sell, flexibility of my customers seeking my services after certain time and showing sincerity to everyone who are considering my business important to them. Product Quantity in my website

The number of total products in my website is 25. My product is the main page and it has 5 sub-page: Accessories, Console, Desktop, Games, Laptop. I have categorised all the 25 products into the 5 sub-page. Accessories page consist of 6 products,  Console has 5 products, Desktop has 5 products, Games has 4 products, Laptop has 5 products. This is the total number of products with the categorising. Below you will be able to find the screenshots of all the pages. Total is 6 page.
