FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions Page
I have added a new sub-page in Support named ' FAQ' or Frequently Asked Question. The purpose of this page is to post few answers for the customers so that they can take a quick look for solution. It is very important to provide this page in your website since many new customers face common problems which they can just take a look at FAQ and get the solution without the need of waiting for a answer on live chat or email. On my FAQ page i have written 5 questions with their appropriate answers. For example - 'How can I cancel my order' this question will be asked by few customers which I know they will hopefully get the correct way to solve their problems. I would also like to update my FAQ time to time. The questions I will update will be relevant to the ones I am most asked on my support email. To conclude this, the FAQ page is very important for every e-commerce website businesses.
At the end of my FAQ page i have given the information to the customers that any further assistance they need I will be willingly to help them via the live chat or support email system. So I have given a link to my support page at the end so that the questions might not solve many of the customer's problems. So support will be available for them 24/7 keeping them assured I am there for them any time.
